1. Acceptance
By signing up or using Intervio you agree to these Terms and to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where we act as processor of personal data on your behalf.
2. Service
Intervio provides an AI-powered video interview platform. You are responsible for your use of the service, compliance with law, and for obtaining any consent or legal basis required from candidates.
3. Data protection
You act as data controller for candidate data you collect via the platform. We act as processor under our DPA. You must ensure your privacy notices and processing comply with GDPR and local law.
4. Security and access
You must keep your account credentials secure and use the service in line with our policies. Access to candidate data is restricted to your organization and authorized users only.
