What happens with your data when you take a video interview
This notice explains how your data is used when you complete a video interview on Intervio. Please read before you start recording.
What we collect and why
- Email and name — To link your answers to the right interview.
- Video answers — Recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by AI (score 1–5 and feedback). Final hiring decisions are made by humans.
Who sees your data
Only the organization that invited you and their authorized staff. We do not use your data for marketing or sell it.
How long we keep it
Typically 3 months after completion unless the organization sets a different period. You can ask for earlier deletion.
AI and your rights
You can request human review of AI-assisted assessments, and you can object to automated profiling (AI scoring) so the employer reviews manually. Contact the employer or privacy@intervio.io.
Rules
One video per question; once submitted you cannot re-record. Completed interviews cannot be retaken with the same email for that position.
