1. Who we are
Intervio is an AI-powered video interview platform used by employers to conduct structured pre-screening. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in line with the EU GDPR and UK GDPR.
2. Controller and processor
As a candidate, the organization that invited you is typically the data controller; we act as processor. As a recruiter, we are controller for your account and organization data.
3. Data we collect
Candidates: Email, name, video recordings, transcripts, AI scores/feedback, HR ratings and notes. Legal basis: legitimate interests (recruitment). Recruiters: Name, email, username, password, organization name, subscription and payment reference. Legal basis: contract.
4. Sub-processors
We use hosting, transcription provider, AI provider (OpenAI), email delivery, and payment gateway. List and transfer mechanisms at DPA & Sub-processors.
5. Retention
Candidate interview data: Default 3 months after completion; may be auto-deleted. Organization may set a different period. Accounts: Contract duration plus short period after termination. Payment/logs: As required by law or policy.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Contact us or the inviting organization. You may complain to a supervisory authority.
